PWR AT HOME CHALLENGE: Full Body Dumbbell . For PWR at Home, all you need to get started is a pair of dumbbells, some resistance bands, and a chair or step! You can sub these for the larger equipment items (kettlebell and mini barbell) if you prefer. This challenge is total body and all you need are some dumbbells. 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps!
