ICYMI: Wisconsin DMV recently debuted its new driver license and ID card with upgraded security features. By tilting the card back and forth, the multiple-laser image alternates between the driver’s photo and birthdate. There are also two transparent windows shaped like ribbons on the right and bottom edges.
