WHOA! Check out the waterspout near Margaret River 🌪️😮 This incredible sight was captured by local photographer Sarina Kamini over the weekend. Have you ever seen anything like it? Waterspouts are spinning columns of air that suck up water, forming a twisting funnel of water and cloud that connects the sea and the sky. They’re quite common off our coast and, although spectacular, are short-lived, with winds topping 100km/h – powerful enough to damage boats and cause havoc if they drift ashore.

Witnesses posted images on social media showing the waterspout swirling near Singapore's southern shore and also near landmark, Marina Bay Sands. They told local media that the waterspout was seen for around 20 minutes. Local media quoted the National Environment Agency as saying there were an overage of three waterspout occurrences every year. (Reuters) | Voice of America
