Grab a mini band and follow this circuit for glutes strength 🍑 Perform 12 to 15 rep of each movement with a hard resistance band. Repeat the circuit twice to work it good 😅 🍑 Side taps followed by side leg raises. Same leg, 12 reps of each. Then repeat other leg. 🍑 Side step and squat. Keeping tension on the band the entire time. 16 reps alternating sides. 🍑 Standing fire hydrants. Open your hips bringing knee to the side. Hold on to a wall if balance is a challenge. Squeeze side of glutes.
