It's a manatee mating herd with several SMC adoptees! Yesterday, our staff was notified by FWC about a large mating herd in Central Florida. We were able to check out the sighting and confirmed over 20 known Blue Spring manatees including adoptees Howie, Brutus, Margarito and Paddy Doyle! (See the picture descriptions on who is who!)
