Who knew this about Leeds Train Station!? 🤯 🚂 The main station concourse just off the City Square entrance used to be… a CAR PARK! The concourse was built back in 1937 connecting two of Leeds’ stations at the time, Wellington Station and New Station to form Leeds City Station. But in 1967 they decided to turn the North Concourse into a car park 🚗 It wasn’t until 35 years later in 2002 when they reopened and refurbished this HUGE part of the station, to how it looks now 😜 🚆 | Leeds
