📍DEAD STOP DB ROW - Execution: Get into a standard DB row position, Set the dumbbell down at the bottom, pause for a second, and then drive your elbow up (along with the weight, of course) as you can see, I'm switching my grip from neutral to angled underhand grip as i row up maximizing each contraction. - The dead stop at the bottom eliminates any momentum, and the explosion out of the bottom is a killer!
