This is how I clean my cobweb fluffy 🕷️ Use an exfoliating or rubber glove to wipe away the sticky cobwebs then add 1 tbsp my all purpose floor cleaner to a bucket with tepid (not hot) water (to clean) and a second bucket with 2 tbsp my fabric softener and cold water ( to rinse and soften) Once air dried a light going over with a wide toothed metal comb will tease out any lugs.
