How does honey harvesting *really* work? ​ ​Jake, one of our Texas beekeepers, gave us a great explanation of how beekeepers harvest their honey. You'll notice he doesn't mention any cooking or filtering, just separating the beeswax from the honey in the final step.​ That's an important detail.
