Unfortunately, pregnant moms are not always taught how to push effectively OR how pushing works. 😞 When you understand your body and your options, including when it comes time to push, oftentimes you can set yourself up for a different and better experience. ✨ This is what I wish pregnant women knew about pushing, and this is the kind of birth prep I wish every mama had. 💗
