Here is a nesting place that I put together for robins at the beginning of spring this year, using just a nest basket, scrap car tire and some ivy from the trees. I was lucky enough to have a Robin choose it for it's nesting place for the spring. I followed the progress of the nest as often as I could, so here is a little video montage of the nesting process.
